Holly Mourant has been involved in the sport of diving for over 35 years. As a diver, her specialty was the 10m Tower. She enjoyed the thrill of trying new dives of 10m as well as perfecting them. At 16 years of age, she competed at the 1984 Olympic Trials. The following year she won a bronze medal on 10m Platform at the Senior National Championships.
Holly retired from competitive diving in 1990 and immediately started coaching. When Holly became a mom she noticed her coaching philosophy both strengthened and adjusted. "My sons have taught me that no two people are the same. Each person on my team has their own strengths, values, personalities, and passions. In order to coach and lead, I develop individual training plans and adjust my coaching style to meet my diver's individual needs and goals."
